Purpose and overview

The purpose of this section is to provide an overview of how people in countries outside the USA view the topic of clinical informatics. It will be divided into sections by region (eg Europe) and/or country (eg UK), and will also consider how international organisations (eg [IMIA http://www.imia.org]) view various aspects of clinical informatics.
