HCFA's Evaluation and Management guidelines

The new HCFA evaluation and management guidelines will be one of the key drivers for the diffusion of the CPR and/or its components (rules engines, electronic transmission of prescriptions) in the coming year.

In fact, these concerns will become increasing relevant to the consideration of EMR adoption in various settings of care. How we value or weight these concerns in our cost-effectiveness analyses will be a challenge to us all.
