The national concern about medical errors promises to be one of the hottest topics in health care and IT and will be a key driver for the diffusion of the CPR and/or its components (rules engines, electronic transmission of prescriptions) in the coming year. How we value or weight these concerns in our cost-effectiveness analyses will be a challenge to us all.
